Honored with the Rev. Charles L. Collins Outstanding Citizenship Award at the annual OASSA Scholar-Athlete Awards Reception - recognizes an individual student-athlete who has demonstrated outstanding citizenship. Frey played in five tournaments, totaling eight rounds in the fall season... Had an 81.75 stroke average, the fourth best mark on the team... Recorded two 79s in the Dayton Invitational to tie for 24th place.

2013-14
Frey participated in 20 rounds, tied for second on the team, including nine different events…Was fourth on the team in stroke average with a career best 81.25…Began the season shooting 77-78-82 at the MSU Drake Creek Invitational, good for a tie for 24th place…Followed that up with scores of 81-76 in the Chicago State Cougar Classic, placing her in a tie for 19th place…Then shot three round scores of 90-83-82 at the Toledo Rocket Classic to finish tied for 69th place… At the Dayton Fall Invitational, shot scores of 82-75 to finish tied for 20th…Placed 65th at the Braun Intercollegiate shooting rounds of 87-77…Placed a season’s best tied for 12th at the Butler Spring Invitational after shooting a 79…Had back-to-back 27th place finishes, first at the WKU Lady Topper Classic shooting rounds of 85-80-83, then at the IPFW Spring Invitational carding rounds of 81-79…Rounded out the season at the CAA Championship with rounds of 83-85 to finish tied for 29th place ... Named to the UD Dean's List following both the fall and spring semesters.

2012-13
Frey tied for third in total rounds played with 20 and finished fourth on the squad in stroke average at 82.1...she began the season with rounds of 85 and a season-low 75 at the Titans Fall Classic to tie for 16th...shot back-to-back rounds of 81 at the Ball State Cardinal Classic to finish in a tie for 28th...had an 88-84 at the MAC Preview to tie for 75th...placed in a tie for 59th at the UD Fall Invitational with scores of 82-81...shot an 89 to take 15th at the UD Hilton Head Invitational...had scores of 80-79 at the IPFW Spring Classic to tie for 20th...recorded 77-85-84 at the EKU Colonial Classic to tie for 67th...registered 81-78-76 at the Indiana University Invitational to tie for 31st...closed the year in 33rd place at the CAA Championship with rounds of 84-82-89.

2011-12
Named the team's Rookie of the Year, Frey played in the third-most rounds on the team (19) and was also third in stroke average (83.4)…began the year tying for 38th at the Cardinal Classic with rounds of 79-84…added a season-best 77 and a 79 at the Cleveland State Invitational to place in ninth for her first Top 10 finish…fired rounds of 87 and 84 and tied for 72nd at the  MAC Preview…tied for 25th at the UD Fall Invitational with scores of 80 and 80…fired a 92 at the UD/Hilton Head Invitational to place in a tie for 13th…shot rounds of  84 and 84 at the Saluki Invitational to tie for 61st…carded rounds of 82-83-83 at the EKU Colonial Classic and tied for 50th…shot scores of 81 and 86 at the Falcon Invitational to tie for 37th…closed the season placing in 45th at the CAA Championship after rounds of 85-89-85.

High School
Frey was ranked the sixth-best in the 2010 Ohio's Golf Junior Girls Rankings. The Cincinnati Enquirer named Frey the women's golfer of the year and on the 2010 city's Fall Sports All City Teams.
