Video Bio
2013-14Ferris was a part of the 2V8+ squad who finished fifth at the Occoquan Sprints. She also competed in the V8+ squads at the SIRA and the Dad Vail Regatta where the squads finished in fourth in both races. Ferris also raced in the V8+ boat which finished fifth in the A-10 Championships.
2012-13Ferris was the coxswain in the Novice 8+ boat at the Cardinal Oak Ridge Invite. At The Knecht Cup, she sat in the same position for the Novice 8+ boat as well as the 2V4+ boat. At the A-10 Championships, she guided the Flyers to a sixth place finish in the Varsity 4+ competition along with second place in the Novice 4+ competition. Her Novice 8+ boat qualified for the semifinals at the Dad Vail Regatta.
2011-12
As a freshman, Ferris participated in the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite, the Knecht Cup, and the races in Buffalo.
High School
She rowed for Saint Louis Rowing Club for three years: rowing one year for novice and two years for varsity as both a starboard and port rower. She competed in many different regattas such as the Head of the Hooch, Hoover Invitational, St Louis Sprints, and Midwest Sprints.
Personal
Caitlin is the daughter of Mary and Jim Ferris. She is majoring in criminal justice with minors in social work and sociology. She is also a Rent the Runway Rep for the University.
