2014-15 Women's Rowing Roster
Biography
2013-14Tokar competed as a member of the Varsity 8+ squads throughout the season. She participated in the IU Spring meet where her squad finished second. Tokar also finished fifth in both the Occoquan Sprints and the A-10 Championships. She also competed in the Dad Vail Regatta to close out the season.
2012-13Tokar competed in the 2V8+ boat for the Flyers at the Cardinal Oak Ridge Invite and the Indiana University Scrimmage. Emma was a member of 2V8+ boats that finished 5th in the Petite Final of the Knecht Cup, 6th at the A-10 Championships, and second at the Dad Vail Regatta.
2011-12
As a freshman, Tokar participated in the Cardinal Oak Ridge Invite, the Marietta Regatta, Buffalo, The Knecht Cup, and the Dad Vail Regatta. At the A-10 Championships, she helped lead the Flyers’ Varsity 4+ boat to a sixth place finish in the Final.
High School
Emma participated in track as a thrower for three years and played one year of lacrosse at Zionsville Community High School. She was in the marching band for five years. She was a member of National Honor Society and was the recipient of the sportsmanship award in track and field.
Personal
Emma is the daughter of Steve and Sarah Tokar. She is the third of six children and her siblings are Skip, Dorothy, Mary, Laurel and Will. She is a pre-medicine major with a minor in biology with plans to be a physical therapist.
