2019 (Senior)
• Finished second overall at the 2019 Oliver Nikoloff Invite hosted by Cincinnati with a PR in the discuss throw with a mark of 47.01m. This also earned her the fourth-best mark all-time at UD.Â

2018 (Junior)
Indoor
• After consistently beating her personal-best throughout the 2018 indoor season, set a personal-best weight throw of 17.33m at the Atlantic 10 Championships, where she came in third place overall.
• Set a new personal-best in the shot put at the SPIRE Invitational with a distance of 11.47m.
• Also broke her personal-best record in the discuss throw at 44.39m at the Akron Invitational.
• Hit the 11.36m mark at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the shot put
• Reached 15.25m at the SPIRE Invitational, 15.55m at the Akron Invitational, 15.83m at the Findlay Classic, 16.40m at the Gladstein Invitational, 16.18m at the Kentucky Invitational, and 15.77m at the Buckeye Classic--all in the weight throw.
Outdoor
• Started season off at the adidas Raleigh Relays, throwing for 43.31m in the discus, and for 50.63m in the hammer throw
• Competed in the Jesse Owens Classic, throwing for a distance of 44.03m in the discus
• Participated in 2 events at the RedHawk Invitational, finishing 3rd overall in the hammer throw with a distance of 53.79m (her PR), and 4th overall in the discus with a throw of 43.91m.
• Finished out the season with a strong showing at the A-10 Championships, throwing for her PR of 46.10m in the discus and throwing for 46.98m in the hammer throw.
• Named to the Univeristy of Dayton's Dean's List for Fall of 2018
• Named to 2017-18 A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll
2016-2017 (Sophomore)

Indoor
• Set a personal-best weight throw of 15.30m at the Gladstein Invitational
• Placed seventh at the A-10 Championships with a weight throw of 15.28m
Outdoor
• Set a personal-best of 43.64m at the Redbird Invitational, finishing ninth
• Threw 52.30m in the hammer throw at the All-Ohio meet, a new personal-best
• Finished fourth in the hammer throw at the A-10 Championships, coming in with a throw of 52.13m
2015-2016 (Freshman)
• Finished 13th in the discus at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships
• Recorded a personal best mark of 45.97m in the hammer at the Illinois Twilight, finishing 12th
• Placed eighth in the discus at the Oliver Nikoloff Invite, setting a PR
• Had four Top 10 finishes in her first outdoor season
• In her indoor season, she set a personal best in the shot put at the Thundering Herd Open with a distance of 15.00m
