Outdoor
- Named to the All-Academic Team by the Atlantic 10.
- Finished 20th in the javelin at the NCAA East Region First Round (47.69m) hosted by North Florida.
- Grabbed another first place at Indiana State for the Sycamore Open (48.86m).
- Won her fourth Atlantic 10 title in the javelin with a meet and facility record mark of 53.12m.
- Finished first in the javelin (47.09m) at the Gibson Invitational hosted by Indiana State.
- Took first place in her first javelin throw of the season at the EKU Springtime Invitational, recording a mark of 48.78m.
- Competed at the Texas Relays, finishing eighth in the A division of the event.
Indoor
- Competed indoor for the first time since 2020, at the Gem City Invitational in the weight throw, throwing 12.28m.
2023-24 (Redshirt Junior)
- Finished 8th in the Javelin Final at the Olympic U.S. Team Trials (53.68m)
- Broke her school record at the U.S. Team Trials with a throw of 57.41m and advanced to the Javelin Final
- Competed at the 2024 Olympic U.S. Track & Field Team Trials in Eugene, Ore.
- Honorable Mention All-American at the NCAA Outdoor Championships
- Finished 20th in the javelin (50.15m) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships hosted by the University of Oregon
- One of two Flyers all-time to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships twice
- Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the javelin with a throw of 48.29m at NCAA East Regional
- Won her third Atlantic 10 Title in javelin (46.98m) at the A-10 Outdoor Championships hosted by George Mason University
- Finished fourth in the javelin (47.48m) at the Penn Relays hosted by the University of Pennsylvania
- Won for the third straight week in the javelin (51.56m) at the Jesse Owens Classic hosted by Ohio State
- Finished first in the javelin (53.19m) at the We Fly Challenge hosted by Ball State University

- Finished first in the javelin (47.68m) at the Tennessee Invite. Ninth career victory at UD
