- Named the Wellness Chair for the 2023-24 SAAC
- Finished first in the 5000m steeplechase (11:11.88) at the Tennessee Invite. Fourth win all-time at UD
- Finished 2nd in the 5000m (18:16.39) and the highest finishing collegian at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational hosted by the University of Cincinnati
- Placed ninth at the A-10 Indoor Championships in the 5000m
2022-2023 (Junior)
- Placed eighth at the A-10 Outdoor Championship in the 3000s
- Placed first for the 3000S at the Big Blue Classic and at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational.Â

Outdoor
- Placed fourth in the 5000m run at both the Indiana State Gibson Invitational (in a PR time of 17:45.49) and at the Miami Blizzard Buster (in 18:11.17).Â
- Was 20th of 51 runners in the 1500m run at the Miami RedHawk Invitational in 4:54.71Â
- Competed in the 3000m SteepleChase three times this season, with a PR of 11:27.35 at the Atlantic 10 Championships to place 12th; finished sixth in 11:43.73 at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational and sixth at the Yellow Jacket Open in 11:44.50Â
- Named to the 2020-21 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll
