Ellie Cronin Sipe is in her third year as head coach of Dayton's women's golf program for the 2025-26 season.
She helped lead the Flyers to a second-place finish at the inaugural Atlantic 10 Championship in 2025, placing two Flyers on the A-10 All-Conference Team.
A three—year letterwinner for the Flyers, Cronin finished her career at UD holding the program's all-time low scoring average of 76.26 after posting the squad's low scoring average each of the three seasons she competed at UD. The two-time All-MAAC Team honoree helped lead the Flyers at the MAAC Championship with top-10 finished in 2018 and 2019. The 2020 conference tournament was canceled due to the global pandemic.
Cronin, a 2020 University of Dayton graduate, remained in Dayton after graduation and pursued a marketing career at The Uhl Agency before taking on a strategic account coordinator role at ChemStation in March of 2022.
