Job Responsibilities: Leads creative video production for Dayton Athletics, with a focus on Men’s Basketball. Responsibilities include developing and executing video content for social media, video boards, websites, and broadcasts.
Past Experience: Gained early experience as a student photographer at James Madison University. After graduation, he served as Social Media Director for Canes Baseball, managing digital content and brand engagement across platforms. He then joined Virginia Commonwealth University as a Creative Services Graduate Assistant, further developing his skills in visual storytelling and digital media production.
Education: Weller went to James Madison University where he received his bachelors degree while majoring in Media Arts and Design and minoring in Sports Communication. He then got his masters degree at the Center for Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University.
