Job Responsibilities:   Supports the cross-functional capability of the Vice President/Director of Athletics' office among the various direct reports, committees, constituents and functions with an intentional focus on basketball and high-impact sports.

Hubert leads on issues pertaining to the new and evolving college sports landscape, new governance and business models, NIL and their impact on sports programs. He serves as a member of the sports administration group, which oversees the administration of sport programs, with special focus on basketball and football. Hubert also oversees the athletics equipment operations including the department's apparel relationships with NIKE, Rawlings, and BSN. Hubert represented the Flyers at the 2025 Silver Waves Media Elite 75 Event at the Men's Final Four and the 2025 TopConnect Basketball Symposium.

Past Experience:   Has a decade’s worth of experience in the college sports and basketball industry. Most recently, Hubert served the NCAA as the Assistant Director of Academic & Membership Affairs. In that role, he was responsible for basketball relationships with institutional athletics departments, coaches and outside constituents to bridge partnerships and education between the NCAA, NBA, USA Basketball and other basketball stakeholders. He was a NCAA staff liaison to USA Basketball, the NBA Academies, NCAA Men’s Basketball Ethics Coalition, NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Oversight Committee, Men’s Basketball Student-Athlete Engagement Group, College Basketball Summer Initiative Working Group, NIT Committee, men’s and women’s golf coaches’ associations and two Division I conference offices. Prior to the NCAA, he served as the Director of Compliance & Academics at Conference USA and numerous roles at Florida State. He was a four-year men's basketball letterwinner and senior captain at IUPUI (2010-2014).

Personal:   A native of Greenfield, Indiana, Hubert holds a Bachelor's of Science in Sports Management from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and Master's of Science in Sports Management from Florida State. He and his wife, Jenna, have two children, Trey and Hollie.
