Job Responsibilities: Report to and provide high-level administrative support for the Vice President/Director of Athletics and coordinate the cross-functional capability of the Athletic Director's office among various direct reports, departments, committees, and functions. Serve as the secretary of the Athletics Committee for the Board of Trustees as well as the University's Athletics Advisory Committee. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Vice President and Athletic Director's office for all campus offices and external constituents. Coordinate logistics and planning for special events within athletics and provide HR support within athletics.
Past Experience: Greear joined the UD Athletics Department in 2021 after a career path that included many years in the legal field and many years as a stay-at-home mom to her two children.
Education: Earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Speech from Indiana University in 1998. Earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2001.
Personal: A native of Hebron, Indiana, Greear resides in Oakwood, Ohio, with her husband, Matt, and their two children.
