The Dayton Flyer women's basketball team (4-4) takes on Toledo (5-4) this Sunday, Dec. 22 at 2 p.m. at Savage Arena. It will be shown live on BCSN and audio from the game will also be available on DaytonFlyers.com through the Atlantic 10 Digital Network. Shane White will have the call.

• Five Flyers average double figure scoring.

Dayton has hit at least one three point shot in 387 consecutive games dating back to Jan. 2, 2001, the longest streak in the Atlantic 10 Conference and one of the top streaks in the nation.
•  The Flyers are 16th in the nation in scoring offense and 13th in assists per game. They are averaging 84.8 ppg and 18.9 apg, both of which are the best in the Atlantic 10.

• On Dec. 16, 2013 and for the 5th year, student-athletes and staff from the Dayton men's and women's basketball teams, along with Santa Claus, visited children at the YMCA Day Care at the Grace United Methodist Church. After opening their gifts the children played with the Flyers.
•  During the 2012-13 season the Flyers went 5-1 vs. BCS teams with wins over: Arizona State, DePaul, Michigan State, St. John's and Vanderbilt. The lone loss was to Kentucky. They are 2-3 this season vs. BCS schools.
• Dayton went unbeaten at home last season, and improved its home court winning streak to 16 with its win over Washington State Dec. 15. Their streak is currently the sixth-best in the nation. However, UD is 1-4 in road games this season.
 
SERIES INFO
Dayton will meet Toledo for a fifth-consecutive season and 20th time in the overall series. The Flyers lead the all-time series, 10-9, following UD's 79-76 triumph at home on Nov. 14, 2012. The Rockets have won the last two contests in Savage Arena and hold a 5-4 advantage at home, most recently claiming a 61-51 victory on Nov. 13, 2011.
 
LAST TIME VS. TOLEDO
Dayton topped Toledo 79-76 Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 at UD Arena in the Flyers' home opener.
Andrea Hoover notched a game-high 22 points in the victory. 
Ally Malott had 16 points, including eight in the final four minutes of the game. 
Cassie Sant also scored in double figures with 12 points.
SCOUTING TOLEDO
The Rockets are 5-4 overall and UT, 2-3 at home this year. They are led by junior Inma Zanoguera's 13.9 ppg. Senior Brianna Jones (10.6 ppg), senior Janelle Reed-Lewis (10.4), senior Andola Dortch (10.2) and sophomore Ana Capotosto (10.1) each average double-figure scoring as well. The Rockets are coming off a 64-62 come-from-behind victory at St. Bonaventure Sunday, Dec. 15. Reed-Lewis provided the game-winning basket with 2.8 seconds left in regulation.  Reed-Lewis and Capotosto paced UT with 16 points each.
UP NEXT
The Flyers have back-to-back home games at UD Arena. Dayton hosts Central Michigan Monday, Dec. 30 at 7 p.m. and Wright State on Thursday, Jan. 2 at 7 p.m. The game vs. Central Michigan is the Camper Day. For the Wright State game, UD is partnering with St. Vincent de Paul for a food drive. Bring a non-perishable canned food item and get a $1 ticket for the game!
