COLUMBUS, Ohio – The University of Dayton women's rowing team competed at the Speakmon Memorial Regatta hosted by the Greater Columbus Rowing Association Saturday at
Griggs Reservoir.
In the Women's Collegiate 4+ the Flyers finished one, two and three. The crew of
Allison Martie,
Mary Willard, Emma Tokar,
Rosie Perez and
Madison Doty (coxswain) took first place in a time of 17:44.16
The crew of
Allie Rogers, Kayla Contardi,
Rachel Hock,
Grace Hagan and
Meghan Garriott (coxswain) finished in 18:47.31. Followed by the UD crew of
Chloe Hollinden,
Katy Speed,
Amanda Matney,
Danielle Foust and
Caitlin Ferris (coxswain) in 19:58.83.
In the Women's Collegiate 2, Tokar and Rogers finished in 19:21.65 followed closely by Willard and Perez in 19:37.55.
The Flyers closed out the regatta with a win in the Women's Collegiate 8+. The crew of

Madison Doty won in a time of 17:08.84.
UD will be back in action at the Head of the Eagle Regatta in Indianapolis at
Eagle Creek Park on Saturday, Oct. 25.
