DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's rowing team will travel to Pennsauken, N.J. this Saturday, May 16 to compete in the 2026 Atlantic 10 Championships on the Cooper River.
"We're very excited for the opportunity to compete and are focused on putting together our best races of the season," said head coach
Adam Herrick. "The level of competition is extremely deep and talented, so our emphasis is on continuing to improve, executing well, and making the most of the opportunity to compete against some very strong crews."
The Flyers built momentum throughout the 2025-26 campaign starting back in the fall with a pair of competitions against Power 4 programs, leading into the spring which continued to challenge the student-athletes. Dayton is coming off strong showings at the SIRA Championships and dual meet at Eastern Michigan on May 3.
UD will travel 23 student-athletes to this year's A-10s, competing in varsity 8+, second varsity 8+, and varsity 4+ events.
