DAYTON, Ohio – The University of Dayton volleyball team extended its winning streak to 20 matches with a straight-set sweep (25-11, 25-17, 25-19) of visiting George Mason on Senior Day Sunday afternoon at Frericks Center. Dayton's 20-match winning streak is tied with Arkansas State for the nation's longest active streak while the Flyers' 23-match conference winning streak is the nation's longest. With the win, Dayton is now 22-5 overall and 13-0 in A-10 play while George Mason falls to 9-18 on the season and 3-9 in league action.

Alaina Turner led all attackers with 15 kills to go with seven digs, four blocks and three service aces. Sophomore
Amber Erhahon also reached double-digit kills with 12 while swinging at .588 for the match.

Jill Loiars added eight kills and four blocks for UD. Also with four blocks for the match was senior
Angel Agu.

Janna Krafka passed a match-high 17 digs.
• George Mason was led by Morghan Martin with nine kills and 12 digs.
• Dayton out-hit George Mason, .317 to .105, and the Flyers recorded 43 kills to the Patriots' 29.
SET-BY-SET• Set One: Dayton got off to a quick start in the first set, jumping out 7-1 on George Mason. A 3-0 Flyer spurt pushed the lead to nine, 13-4, and back-to-back service aces set the score at 18-8 in favor of UD. The Patriots would only add on three more points as the Flyers cruised to a 25-11 in the first frame.
• Set Two: The second set saw five ties through 5-5 but Dayton was able to pull ahead 11-7 after an Erhahon-Turner block. The Flyers were leading by seven, 18-11, after a Patriot attacking error and it was seven again at 23-16 after a kill from Turner. George Mason sent a ball long to give Dayton the set at 25-17 as the Flyers took the 2-0 match lead.
• Set Three: George Mason three times led by two in the early going of set three but consecutive Turner kills and a Flyer double block gave Dayton a 12-9 advantage. GM suffered an attack error to give UD the six-point, 19-13 lead and the advantage was six again at set point, 24-18, after a kill from Erhahon. The match-winning termination came from Turner at 25-19 as Dayton took the contest, 3-0.
