The University of Dayton women's soccer team (0-0-0, 0-0-0 A-10) opens the 2015 season with two road matches in Florida starting at Florida International on Friday, Aug. 21 and then at Florida Gulf Coast on Sunday, Aug. 23.

Erin O'Malley each scoring one goal. FIU Head Coach Thomas Chestnutt played for the Dayton men's soccer team and graduated from UD in 1995.
• This is the first meeting between Florida Gulf Coast and Dayton women's soccer. The Eagles defeated No. 17 UCF 2-1 and No. 8 Florida, 1-0, in exhibition matches this season.

FLYER SUCCESS The Dayton women's soccer program owns an overall record of 418-172-46 since it became a varsity program in 1984. The Flyers made NCAA Tournament Appearances in 1998, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2014, advancing to the second round in both 2009 and 2010 and to the Sweet Sixteen in 2001.
LATE SEASON RECOGNITIONThe Flyers were ranked seventh in the 2014 NSCAA/Continental Tire Mid-Atlantic Final Regular Season Poll. UP NEXTThe Flyers host in-state rival Ohio State at Baujan Field on Thursday, Aug. 27 at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free to all regular season home matches at Baujan.
