DAYTON, Ohio – The University of Dayton women's soccer team (1-6-1) battled but fell 3-1 to No. 6 Texas A&M (7-1-0) Sunday at Baujan Field. The Aggies had a 2-0 lead at halftime. Sophomore 
Alexis Kiehl scored her first goal of the season in the 73
rd minute to cut the lead in half, but A&M added an insurance goal in the 84
th minute.  
STATS OF THE MATCH• Dayton's lone goal was on a set play. Senior 
Nicole Waters served up a free kick which senior 
Ashley Campbell headed towards goal, and Kiehl one-time volleyed it past the keeper.
• The nationally-ranked Aggies amassed 23 shots, including eight on goal.
• Texas A&M had a slight advantage on corner kicks, 5-4.
• Flyer freshman goalkeeper 
Kaelyn Johns had five saves in goal.
