Dayton women's soccer will travel to Pittsburgh to take on the defending Atlantic 10 Tournament champion Duquesne this Thursday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. at Rooney Field.
The Flyers are 5-8-3 overall and 3-3-2 in the Atlantic 10, seventh place in the standings. The Dukes are 9-5-3 overall and fourth in the A-10 standings with a 5-2-1 record. The top eight teams advance to the A-10 Championship Nov. 3-6 which will be hosted by Rhode Island at the URI Complex in Kingston, R.I.

• The Flyers lead the all-time series 16-1-1 over the Dukes. Their last meeting was in the first round of the Atlanic-10 Championship on Nov. 5, 2015 and ended with Duquesne advancing 3-2 on PKs, despite the Flyers outshooting the Dukes 37-10.
• In seven away meetings, Dayton has never dropped a game to Duquesne on the road.
SCOUTING DUQUESNE
• The Dukes are 9-5-3 overall and 5-2-1 in A-10 play. They are coming off a 2-0 loss on the road against Rhode Island on Oct. 23.
• The Dukes were picked to finish sixth in the preseason A-10 standings.
• Duquesne is led by Katie O'Connor with 19 points (6 goals and 7 assists), while Abby Losco has five goals and three assists.
• Kyra Murphy has played 17 games in goal with 15 goals against and a 0.88 GAA, with 74 saves.

Dayton closes out the regular season with a home match vs. Massachusetts this Sunday, Oct. 30 at 1 p.m. at Baujan Field. This will mark Head Coach
Mike Tucker's final game at Baujan Field. The legendary coach will retire following the 2016 season.
