DAYTON LOOKS TO GET BACK ON TRACK AGAINST PORTLAND

The University of Dayton Flyers look to snap a two-game losing skid when they face the Portland Pilots in the second round of the 2016 Wooden Legacy. Tip is at 9:30 p.m. ET.

ABOUT PORTLAND

The Portland Pilots, 3-1 overall, enter the game after falling to No. 13/14 UCLA on Thursday.
The Pilots are led by the trio of Alec Wintering (17.5 ppg), Jazz Johnson (17.0 ppg) and Gabe Taylor (14.5 ppg).

SERIES STUFF

Dayton leads the all-time series 7-0.
The last time the two programs met was on Dec. 26, 1970 when the Flyers won 88-72.
This will be the first meeting outside of Dayton, Ohio.

The Flyers took second at the 2015 AdvoCare Invitational after defeating Iowa and Monmouth in the first two rounds.

The Class of 2011 finished with 97 wins.
