SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The University of Dayton baseball team had already won the series at Wofford and was looking to get its third win in the finale on Sunday.
The Flyers (16-29) were unable to complete the series sweep of the Terriers (26-20) with a 10-5 loss.

- Top of 1st – Robbie Doring put Dayton ahead early with an RBI double down the right field line in the first at-bat. He then scored on an RBI groundout by Aaron Huesman to make it a two-run lead. Dayton 2, Wofford 0
