ROCHESTER, Mich.  – The University of Dayton men's soccer team went to Oakland Saturday and suffered a 1-0 loss on the road.

The Flyers (2-5-1) faced the Golden Grizzlies (4-4) for the third time in the past two seasons, and dropped the 1-0 defeat.

• 21^st Minute – Dayton 0, Oakland 1 – Oakland's Chase Jabbori put the hosts ahead in the 21^st minute with his first goal of the season.

• Dayton was out-shot in the first half, 4-2, and finished the game with five compared to Oakland's six.
• Goalkeeper Federico Barrios made his second career start for the Flyers.
• Freshman Rok Taneski and junior Alvaro Navarro both had two shots each to lead UD.
