Dayton improves to 13-6 overall and 5-0 in league action while Rhode Island moves to 8-10 on the season and 3-3 in A-10 play.

- Bruns had 12 kills to one error in 23 attempts for a match-high .478 hitting percentage
- Junior Margo Wolf passed a match-high 15 digs while freshman Bridget Doherty set 36 assists
- As a team, Dayton out-hit Rhode Island .293 to .057 and the Flyers recorded 41 kills to the Rams' 27
- Two Rams tallied seven kills each to lead Rhode Island while Jessie Blaze was the team's top passer with 13 digs
