DAYTON, Ohio – The University of Dayton women's basketball team defeated Morgan State, 88-52, in their first home game of the season Friday night at UD Arena.
The Flyers remain undefeated with a 3-0 record while the Lady Bears fall to 2-2
GAME BREAKDOWN
1st Quarter: Dayton 21, Morgan State 14
- Flyers started the game on a 12-4 run with senior Jenna Burdette providing six of the 12 points.

- The Flyers opened the second half on a 10-0 run.
- Dayton was 9-of-13 from the field in the quarter to give them a 69-38 lead.
- At the end of the third, four Flyers were in double figures in Burdette, Layfield, junior Maddy Dennis, and junior Lauren Cannatelli.
- UD increased its shooting percentage to 56.4 in the contest.
