Box Score DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's tennis team fell behind early and could never recover against Bowling Green on Sunday afternoon, falling 4-3 to the Falcons at Five Seasons Sports club.
MATCH NOTES
•   Dayton fell in the doubles point, as Bowling Green's top two teams took down UD 6-1 at No. 1 and 6-4 at No. 2. The Falcons forfeited No. 3 doubles.
•   Starting with another automatic point due to BGSU forfeiting at No. 6 singles, Dayton struggled to overcome a strong Bowling Green squad.Â

Mattea Kilstofte battled back after losing the first set to win 4-6, 6-2, 6-4 at No. 4 singles, while
Jackie Kawamoto gave the Flyers a win at No. 5 singles, winning 6-3, 6-3.
UP NEXT
Dayton continues its four-match homestand on Friday, Feb. 17 when it welcomes Saint Louis to town for its first Atlantic 10 match of the season. The two teams will do battle at 3 p.m. at Five Seasons Sports Club.
