COACH GOLZ'S QUOTE
"I was pleased with our competitive spirit today. We knew we were going to have to play with an edge in a match on the road against a physical team that had an extra day of rest and were celebrating their Senior Day. At times, we needed to do a better job of balancing the physicality of the game with good decision making on both sides of the ball. We came out flat in the second half and conceded an early goal that is on me for not having us better prepared to start the second half. As the half progressed, we generated some quality chances that we will need be more efficient in finishing as we continue to clean things up heading into our last weekend of non-conference play."
