ST. LOUIS – The University of Dayton women's soccer team closed out the 2018 season with a 3-0 loss to No. 1 seed Saint Louis Sunday at Hermann Stadium in an Atlantic 10 Championship quarterfinal match. The Flyers have qualified for 22 A-10 Championships, earning a berth every year UD has been a member of the conference.
• Dayton drops to 8-9-2 overall.
• SLU improves to 16-3-1 overall and advances to the A-10 semifinal match vs. No. 4 seed George Mason Friday, Nov. 2 at Baujan Field.
• The other semifinal at Baujan Field is No. 2 seed VCU vs. No. 3 seed Saint Joseph's at 3:30 p.m.
• The championship will be played on Nov. 4 at noon at Baujan Field, with the winner earning the A-10's automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.
