Lauren Bruns led all attackers with a match-high 18 kills.
Dayton moves to 3-1 on the season while Kansas improves to 2-1. In Friday's nightcap, Dayton will square off against host No. 16 Kentucky at 8:30 p.m. in the Wildcats' Memorial Coliseum.
