OLEAN N.Y. Â - The University of Dayton women's basketball team fought its way to an important road win at St. Bonaventure Wednesday after leading throughout the game.

The Flyers (8-7, 3-1 A-10) picked up their first road win of conference play while the Bonnies (4-13, 1-3 A-10) suffered their third A-10 loss.

1st Quarter: Dayton 12, St. Bonaventure 5
- Dayton got its first bucket at the7:42 mark with a three-pointer by redshirt sophomore Araion Bradshaw. She followed up with another three to put the Flyers up 6-2.
- By the media break, UD held a 9-2 lead over SBU with all nine points coming from behind the arc.
- It was a fast-paced game to start with both teams running in transition offensively.
- St. Bonaventure started 1-for-12 in the contest while suffering during a 7+ minute drought.

- St. Bonaventure was forced to call a timeout at the 7:16 mark after a bucket and a foul from freshman Kyla Whitehead.
- The Bonnies didn't get their first point of the quarter until 4:40 on the clock.
- Dayton went into the locker room at the half up 10.
- UD shot 25 percent in the first 20 minutes while holding SBU to 19.2 percent.
- The Flyers outrebounded the Bonnies 30-21 and had a 10-2 offensive rebound advantage.

3rd Quarter: Dayton 45, St. Bonaventure 32
- St. Bonaventure hit a three right out of the gate to narrow the gap, but senior Lauren Cannatelli responded with a three of her own.
- The Bonnie offense came alive in the early stages of the third, scoring 10 points in the first three minutes.
- St. Bonaventure closed the gap to two at 32-30 midway through the quarter.
- Dayton answered out of the media break though and got the lead back to nine with under a minute to play in the third.
- Scaife ended the quarter with nine points and nine rebounds in the game to lead UD in both categories.
4th Quarter: Dayton 62, St. Bonaventure 49
- Dayton scored four points in the first 28 seconds to add to its comfortable lead.
- The Bonnies had to call a timeout at the 6:39 mark after a three by senior Tiaera Phillips put the Flyers up 58-44.
- Scaife was the first Flyer to reach double figures scoring, hitting the 12 point mark early in the fourth.
- Dayton kept its distance for the rest of the game and never allowed SBU back within 10.
