DAYTON - The University of Dayton men's soccer team returns home to host St. Bonaventure in Atlantic 10 play Saturday, Oct. 12 at 7 p.m. at Baujan Field.
SCOUTING THE FLYERS
The Flyers are 5-7 on the year and 1-2 in A-10 games this season. Dayton is on a three-game losing skid, but has found success at home, going 4-1 at Baujan Field.
Head coach
Dennis Currier is in his 15th season at the helm of the Flyers, totaling 144 victories, the most in UD history. He leads a veteran squad this season with seven seniors and 10 returning starters.
Overall, Dayton is scoring 1.75 goals per game and holding opponents to 1.42 each contest. The Flyers are being outshot 13.8 to 12.8, but shooting at a higher percentage.
The Flyers are led by junior
Jonas Fjeldberg, who has six goals and one assist, while freshman
Toluwalase Oladeinbo has added five goals. Goalkeepers

Jack Steele have split time in goal, combining for 46 saves.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
ST. BONAVENTURE
St. Bonaventure heads into the weekend with a 2-8 record overall and an 0-4 A-10 mark. The Bonnies are on a five-game losing streak and are 1-5 away from home this season. Head coach Kwame Oduro is in his fifth season in charge.
As a team, SBU is socring just 0.60 goals per game, but allowing 1.80 goals to opposing squads. The Bonnies are only recording 9.9 shots per game and has 22 fewer corner kicks.
St. Bonaventure has six players with one goal apiece while Luca Nicastro leads the team with two assists. There have been three goalkeepers see time between the posts, led by Trevor Wilson with five starts, 23 saves, and one shutout.
THE SERIES
Dayton and St. Bonaventure have played 19 times previously with the Flyers winning 12 times and the Bonnies winning seven times. In last year's meeting, SBU defended its home field 1-0.
LAST OUTING
Dayton fell on the road at VCU Wednesday, 2-1 in overtime. A penalty kick in the 97th minute gave the Flyers their second A-10 defeat of the season.
St. Bonaventure suffered a 1-0 defeat to George Washington at home Wednesday after the Colonials scored in the 74th minute.
500 PROGRAM VICTORIES
With a 2-0 victory over No. 20 West Virginia on Sept. 21, Dayton recorded the 500th victory in program history. Biska Biyombo scored a brace including the game-winner in the 108th minute.

Dayton hosts Oakland Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. in the final non-conference game of the season.
