WASHINGTON, D.C. - The University of Dayton volleyball team recorded its third-consecutive Atlantic 10 sweep with a 3-0 (26-24, 25-15, 25-21) win at George Washington Saturday evening. The Flyers are one of two remaining conference teams unbeaten in league play.

Dayton improves to 12-6 on the season and 5-0 in A-10 matches while George Washington moves to 9-9 for the year and 3-2 in league action.

KEY STATS
• 25 - sophomore Josie Vondran set a career- and match-high 25 assists for the Flyers. She also tallied a career-high six kills
• 23 - sophomore Jamie Peterson continues to lead the Flyers attack, tallying a match-high 23 kills
• 11 - three Flyers posted double-digit digs led by sophomore Carissa Beyer with a career-high 11
• 8&4 - freshman Amelia Moore had eight kills to go with a team-best four blocks
• .321 - as a team, UD hit at .321 compared to GW's .167 hitting percentage

Dayton will continue its four-match road swing next weekend with matches at Fordham and Rhode Island. The Flyers will be in Bronx, N.Y., Oct. 18 to take on the Fordham Rams followed by a trip to Kingston, R.I., to square off against the Rhode Island Rams Oct. 19.
