DAYTON - The University of Dayton volleyball team recorded its 10th-consecutive win with a sweep of George Mason. The Flyers picked up the 3-0 (25-10, 25-15, 25-14) win over the Patriots Sunday afternoon at Frericks Center.
Dayton is now 16-6 overall and 9-0 in Atlantic 10 while George Mason moves to 4-17 on the season and 0-9 in league action.

Jamie Peterson led all attackers with 16 kills. She also tallied a career-high eight blocks and served up four aces in the match

Alli Papesh was swinging at .462 with seven kills to one error on 13 attempts

Mikaylah Van Lanen was the team's leading passer with seven digs.
UP NEXT
Dayton will step out of A-10 play with a mid-week match-up at Cincinnati on Wednesday. First serve between the Flyers and Bearcars is set for 7 p.m. Oct. 30 at UC's Fifth Third Arena.
