DAYTON – The University of Dayton today announced television coverage for its non-conference men's basketball games. Spectrum News 1 in Ohio will have a minimum of five games, while Fox Sports Ohio will carry two for the second consecutive year.
Spectrum News 1 will carry the following games:
• Indiana State -- Saturday Nov 9th at 7 p.m. ET
• Nebraska Omaha -- Tuesday, Nov. 19th at 7 p.m. ET
• Houston Baptist -- Tuesday, Dec. 3rd at 7 p.m. ET
• Drake -- Saturday, Dec. 14th 2019 at 7 p.m. ET
• North Texas – Tuesday, Dec. 17th at 7 p.m. ET
University of Dayton games on Spectrum News 1 are available on channel 1 to viewers in Dayton and Cincinnati. This marks the 14th year of televised Dayton Flyers games on Spectrum.
UD and FOX Sports Ohio will continue their television partnership for the 10th season in 2018-19.
FSO's two games will be
• Charleston Southern – Saturday, Nov. 16 at 7 p.m. ET
• North Florida – Monday, Dec. 30 at 7 p.m. ET
Fans can also stream every FOX Sports Ohio broadcast of a Flyer game live on a mobile device through the FOX Sports Go app. FOX Sports Go is free and available to customers as part of a pay TV subscription.
FOX Sports Ohio reaches over five million households in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, western Pennsylvania, western New York, and West Virginia.
UD fans outside of the Spectrum News 1 and FOX Sports Ohio markets will be able to view the games digitally on ESPN+.
In addition, the Flyers games at the Maui Jim Maui Invitational will be broadcast on the ESPN Family of Networks. UD's first round game in Maui with Georgia will be on ESPN2. When Dayton plays Saint Mary's at the Jerry Colangelo Classic in Phoenix, that game will be seen on ESPNU. CBS Sports Network will carry the Dayton-Colorado matchup in the Chicago Legends doubleheader.
During the Atlantic 10 schedule, the Flyers will have two games on ESPN2, eight on the CBS Sports Network, three on NBC Sports, two on Stadium and two on ESPN+.
Two games for the Flyers – Dec. 23 with Grambling and March 7 with George Washington – are TBD, but at minimum they will be streamed on ESPN+.
