OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – The Dayton women's rowing team closed out the 2019 SIRA Championship Regatta with two medals in the Grand Finals.
"I'm really happy with how we raced," said Head Coach Mike Wenker. "Each of the boats improved every time on the course. The team handled the conditions well. We are excited to host Duquesne at Eastwood Lake Saturday."

The Flyer V8+ won its semifinal in a time of 7:12.089. They took third in the Grand Final in 6:58.954, only .5 seconds behind FIT. The lineup for UD's V8+ was:

The Dayton JV8+ also won a bronze in its time of 7:20.203. The lineup was:

The V4+ was sixth in its semifinal in 8:42.597 and took fourth in the final in 8:34.207. The lineup was:
