George Washington Takes Two From #UDSB In @Atlantic10 Double

Davidson Led Flyers At The Plate With 4-for-6 Day

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The University of Dayton softball team fell to George Washington, 6-5 and 6-3, Saturday at GW Softball Field. Senior Kyle Davidson led the Flyer offense with a 4-for-6 day at the plate with two doubles and two runs scored.

Dayton moved to 21-24 overall and 8-6 in Atlantic 10 play while George Washington is now 37-14 on the season and 13-6 in league action.

Winning Pitcher: S. Lange (24-10) - four earned runs on eight hits with five strikeouts to three walks (7.0 IP)
Losing Pitcher: Jessica Gilliam (9-9) - faced four batters in the seventh (0.0 IP)
Notable: junior Julia Blarr was 2-for-2 with three RBI, one run scored and one walk
