Box Score WASHINGTON, D.C. - The University of Dayton softball team shut out George Washington, 9-0, in run-rule fashion in Sunday's series finale at GW Softball Field. The five-inning loss was the first time the Colonials have been shutout this season.
Dayton ends the weekend with a 22-24 overall mark and is now 9-6 in Atlantic 10 Conference play while George Washington moves to 37-15 on the season and 13-7 in league action.
