DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's soccer team (2-5-1, 0-0-0 A-10) opens up Atlantic 10 play at home vs. George Mason (2-4-1, 0-0-0 A-10) this Sunday at 1 p.m. ET at Baujan Field. Admission and parking are free for all Flyer women's soccer regular season home matches.
The match will be streamed on ESPN+ with Alex Mikos on the call.

• It is UD Women's Soccer Alumnae Day.
• The sophomores will sign autographs following the match vs. George Mason.
• Promotions include schedule & team posters and thunder sticks for all.

THE SERIES
• Dayton leads the all-time series 4-3-0 over George Mason.
• Last year, UD lost 2-1 at George Mason. The match was tied 1-1 going into halftime. The Patriots won on a PK by Emma Van Der Vorst (the 2018 A-10 Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year) in the 53rd minute.
• The Flyers are 3-0-0 when hosting the Patriots at Baujan Field. Dayton picked up a 2-0 victory over George Mason at Baujan Field on Sept. 24, 2017.

• The Flyers went 2-5-1 overall in the non-conference portion of their schedule. Dayton is 2-2-0 at Baujan Field in those matches, and 0-3-1 on the road.
• The Flyers recently snapped a four-game losing streak with a 1-0 win over Eastern Michigan on Sunday, Sept. 15.
• Four of UD's five losses have been by one goal (Illinois 3-2, DePaul 1-0, Bowling Green 2-1 in double overtime, Indiana State 1-0).

• Goins scored two goals in Dayton's 5-1 season opening win over Miami (Ohio). Mink scored the game-winning goal in that match.
• Pauley scored on PKs in back-to-back matches vs. Miami and Illinois.
SCOUTING GEORGE MASON
• George Mason went 2-4-1 in the non-conference portion of its schedule.
• The Patriots are still looking for their first road win of the 2019 season and are 0-3-0 in away matches so far this year.
• The Patriots' losses are to: Old Dominion (3-1), Kentucky (4-2), Maryland (3-0), and James Madison (3-2).
• George Mason picked up a 2-0 win over Binghamton and a 1-0 win over Towson, and also tied UCF 2-2. Those were all home matches where the Patriots are 2-1-1 this season.
• Seven different Patriots have scored this year, led by three players with two goals each: junior Kayla Hamric, redshirt junior Emily Bradshaw, and sophomore KOLBRÚN EYJÓLFSDÓTTIR.
• Sophomore Emma Van Der Vorst, Kayla Hamric, junior Jisca Adigo, and graduate student Gabriela Rivera each have three assists to pace the Patriots in that category. George Mason has tallied 14 assists on 10 goals this season.
• Morgan Symmers (6 GP), Louisa Moser (2 GP), and Jenna Hutchison (1 GP) have all seen time in goal for the Patriots. Symmers has 15 saves and a 2.11 GAA.
• Todd Bramble is in his fifth season coaching the Patriots.
