DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's soccer team had 20 more shots, but fell 1-0 to Indiana State Sunday afternoon at Baujan Field. Dayton drops to 1-4-1 overall and the Sycamores are 1-5-0.
KEY STATS
• The Flyers had 29 shots to just nine for the Sycamores. However, shots on goal were more even with UD holding a 5-3 advantage in that category.
• Dayton also had eight cornerkicks, while ISU had one.
KEY MOMENTS
• Indiana State scored in the 37th minute.
• The Sycamores led 1-0 at halftime.
