DAYTON - The University of Dayton women's tennis team will play host to Marshall and Butler this weekend at South Regency Tennis Center.

The weekend will kick off with a 6 p.m. match between the Flyers and The Herd on Saturday. In Sunday's match-up, first serve is set for 10 a.m. between Dayton and Butler. Admission and parking are free at the tennis center located in Miamisburg.

The Flyers (0-2) opened the season with losses to Northern Kentucky and at Xavier last weekend.

Marshall will be opening its dual match season this weekend against Dayton and Wright State. The Herd is coming off a tune-up at Indiana's MLK Invitational this past weekend. Butler heads into the weekend with a 2-2 record and will face Wright State Sunday evening at 6 p.m.

Sophomore Claire Ghidotti, the reigning A-10 Rookie of the Week, opened her collegiate career with back-to-back singles wins in the number six slot for the Flyers last weekend.
