#UDSB Closes Weekend With Loss To RV Tulsa

Dayton Will Travel To Houston Feb. 14-16 For Houston Classic

DAYTON - The University of Dayton softball team closed out its opening weekend of play with an 8-0 loss to RV Tulsa Sunday afternoon at the Mercer Invitational.

Dayton moves to 2-3 on the season while Tulsa, who received votes in the first top 25 poll of the season, posted a 4-0 mark over the weekend.

Winning Pitcher: S. Pochop (1-0) - worked 6.0 innings, recording 12 strikeouts and allowing zero earned runs
Losing Pitcher: Olivia Lessmann (0-1) - worked 7.0 innings, recording two strikeouts and allowing four earned runs
