MASON, Ohio āĀ The University of Dayton women's soccer team scored two late goals to come from behind to defeat Northern Kentucky 2-1 Wednesday afternoon at Wall2Wall Indoor Soccer field. Both goals were scored by freshmen.
Mia Perri scored in the 79th minute and
Itala Gemelli scored the game-winner in the 86th minute; both were their first collegiate goals.
Dayton improves to 2-0-0 on the young season, while the Norse are 1-1-0.
