DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's tennis team will return to action for two home matches this weekend at South Regency Tennis Center in Miamisburg, Ohio. The Flyers will first take on Illinois State on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. before returning for a 12 p.m. contest on Sunday against Saint Francis.

Dayton split last weekend's matches, winning the first match against IUPUI 7-0 on Friday before falling at Miami (Ohio) on Saturday. Sophomore
Erica Wojcikiewicz was named Atlantic 10 Women's Tennis Performer of the Week after her performance and the Flyers sit at 1-4 on the young season.

Illinois State come into the weekend with a 4-4 record after winning both matches from last week. The Redbirds won 4-1 against SIUE on Feb. 10 and 6-1 against Eastern Illinois on Valentine's Day. ISU is led by Tijana Zlatanovic, who sports a 5-2 record through this point in the season in singles play with all but one of those victories coming in No. 1 singles.

Saint Francis enters the weekend 0-2 but will come to Dayton for the third match in three days on Sunday. The Red Flash fell at Buffalo and St. Bonaventure last weekend. SFU will play Thomas Moore and Northern Kentucky this weekend before heading up to South Regency.
