  • Dayton recorded its first shutout of the season with six saves from freshman goalkeeper Marc Kouadio.
  • Sophomore Toluwalase Oladeinbo led UD with three shots, two on goal.

COACH'S COMMENTS
"When we first played them away, we didn't play well and today was a little redemption," said head coach Dennis Currier. "They are a good team so we were going to have to find those intangibles and dedication and focus. It was all in this game tonight. It was going to be the team that had more in them in terms of the intangibles. It was great to find that game winner. I thought we might have had it in the first overtime and you're not sure if you're going to get another chance like that against Saint Louis. We were able to and got the win. It was great for the team."

UP NEXT
  • The Flyers will host the final home game of the regular season on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. against Duquesne for Senior Day.
