CINCINNATI - The University of Dayton volleyball team collected its third-consecutive straight-set win Tuesday night with a 3-0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-22) victory at Xavier. Junior Jamie Peterson and freshman Lexie Almodovar both tallied double-doubles to lead the Flyers.

Dayton improves to 6-1 on the season with the win and Xavier moves to 4-5 overall with the loss.

KEY STATS
• 12 - grad student Mahalia Swink recorded a match-high 12 kills to lead all attackers
• 11 & 13 - Peterson posted 11 kills and 13 digs, her second double-double of the season
• 10 & 10 - with 10 kills and 10 digs, Almodovar posted her first career double-double
• 42 - senior Bridget Doherty set 42 assists, her fourth game this season with 40+ assists
• 15 - junior Maura Collins got under a match-high 15 digs
