DAYTON - The University of Dayton women's basketball team travels to the Bahamas for the Baha Mar Pink Flamingo Championship next week. The Flyers will open up with RV Ole Miss on Monday, Nov. 21 at 8 p.m. before taking on Kentucky Wednesday, Nov. 23 at 4:30 p.m.
SCOUTING THE FLYERS
Dayton is looking for its first win of the season, sitting at 0-4 on the year, and will play its first neutral site games in the Bahamas. Two of the Flyers' four games this season have gone into overtime.
Head coach
Tamika Williams-Jeter is in her first season in charge of her hometown Flyers, coming over after a year at Wittenberg. She has assistant coaching stops at Kansas, Kentucky, Penn State, and Ohio State.
As a team this year, the Flyers are averaging 69.3 points per game and giving up 77.5 points to opponents. UD is shooting 42.9 percent overall, 34.2 percent from three point range, and 66.7 percent from the free throw line. UD is out-rebounding opposing squads, but committing more turnovers.

Destiny Bohanon with 18.3 points per game and 10 made threes on the year, while junior
Anyssa Jones is adding 10.5 points and 6.0 rebounds each outing. Freshman
Nayo Lear is just behind her with 10.0 points per game, and coming off her first start.
SCOUTING OLE MISS
Ole Miss travels abroad with a perfect record at 4-0 on the year and 3-0 home mark. This will also be the Rebels' first neutral site game of the season. Ole Miss has won every game this season by double-digits.
Head Coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin is in her fifth season at the helm of the Rebels and has previous head coaching experience at Jacksonville. She has an Atlantic 10 connection, after playing 56 career games at Rhode Island.
As a team, the Rebels are scoring 76.3 points per game and allowing just 50.8 points each contest. Ole Miss is shooting 46.1 percent from the field, 28.4 percent from behind the arc, and 63.2 percent from the charity stripe. The Rebels rank top 35 in the nation in rebounding margin and offensive rebounds per game.
Individually, Angel Baker leads the way with 15.8 points per game with Snudda Collins chipping in 13.0 points each outing. Madison Scott is the main post presence with 9.3 points and 8.8 rebounds per game.
LAST TIME OUT
Dayton suffered a heart-breaking 78-82 double overtime loss at home Thursday to Northern Kentucky. The Flyers had four players in double-digit, led by Bohanon's career-high 26 points.
Ole Miss earned a record-breaking 92-46 victory over Southern Miss Wednesday after holding the Eagles to just seven points in the first half. Wright-State transfer Angel Baker led the way with 25 points in the effort.
SERIES HISTORY
This will be the second ever meeting between the two teams and first in 28 years. The Flyers and Rebels last played on Nov. 25, 1994 at the Bowling Green Bank Classic in Kentucky where Ole Miss came out on top 42-76.
