DAYTON - The University of Dayton softball team completed the Atlantic 10 series sweep of Loyola Chicago with two wins at UD Softball Stadium Saturday. Junior
Maddie Kapsimalis knocked out her second grand slam of the weekend in the Flyers' 7-5 nightcap victory.
Dayton improves to 16-13 on the season and 6-3 in league games while Loyola moves to 14-18 overall and 3-6 in conference action.

HR - Kapsimalis knocked out a bases-loaded home run in the second inning for her second grand slam in as many days

Molly Grace was 2-for-3 at the plate
2 - Kapsimalis was the second Flyer with a multi-hit game after going 2-for-2 with two runs scored, two walks and four RBI

UP NEXT
Dayton will host Butler for a single game at UD Softball Stadium April 3. First pitch between the Flyers and Bulldogs is scheduled for 3:05 p.m. Wednesday and admission is free.
