DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's tennis team finishes the 2024 regular season by hosting Duquesne and St. Bonaventure this weekend in a pair of Atlantic 10 matches at the South Regency Center.

UD will start by playing Duquesne on Friday, April 12 at 1:00 p.m., and finish the weekend by competing against St. Bonaventure at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 14.Â

The Flyers hold a record of 8-9 this season and are 2-0 in conference play and are coming off a big win over A-10 rival Saint Louis on Wednesday. Duquesne holds the upper hand against UD all-time and has won five of the last seven matchups, while Dayton has an active 12-match winning streak against St. Bonaventure, who have a record of 8-12 this season.Â

This weekend's competitions will be the final home matches for fifth-years
Elizabeth Hamilton and
Erica Wojcikiewicz.Â

Hamilton finishes off her career with 45 overall wins in singles and 35 wins in doubles. In her final season with the Flyers, she has accumulated 13 wins in singles and six wins in doubles.Â

Wojcikiewicz ends her career with 38 singles wins and 40 wins in doubles. The native of Pittsburgh, Pa. closed out her swansong with seven wins in single and 12 wins in doubles. For her career, Wojcikiewicz holds an 8-2 record in Atlantic 10 play, including the cilncher against Saint Louis on Wednesday.
