MIAMISBURG, Ohio – The University of Dayton men's tennis team made it three consecutive wins to finish the regular season, winning both matches of a doubleheader on Sunday, starting the day with a 4-1 win over Atlantic 10 foe St. Bonaventure and then defeating Kentucky Wesleyan 7-0 to finish the day at the South Regency Tennis Center.
 
It was the final home match of the outstanding five-year careers of Connor Bruce and Matt DeMarco, as well as the four-year careers of Erik Eliasson and Ronit Hiryur, and the single season as a Flyer for Nikola Puric.

The Bonnies squeaked out the doubles point to start the morning, but UD struck back by rolling through SBU at No. 1 (Bruce def. Graham, 6-2, 6-2), 2 (DeMarco def. Ganguly 6-1, 6-2), 3 (McNally def. Cochlin, 6-0, 6-0) and 5 singles (Saraiva def. Turner, 6-4, 6-1).

Dayton cruised to victory over Kentucky Wesleyan in the second match of the day, winning the doubles point with victories at all three spots. Bruce and DeMarco won 6-1 at No. 1, Puric and Hiryur at No. 2, 6-0, and Eliasson and Sai Dore by a 6-0 final at No. 3.

The singles side saw similar success, as Bruce won 6-1, 6-4 at No. 1, DeMarco won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2, Kyle McNally won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 3, Eliasson won at No. 4, 6-0, 6-1, and both Puric and Hiryur won in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5 and 6.
