DAYTON - The University of Dayton women's soccer team will take the short trip to Pittsburgh to take on Duquesne Sunday in Atlantic 10 action. The Flyers and Dukes are scheduled to get underway at 1 p.m. at Duquesne's Rooney Field and admission is free.

Dayton (8-3, 2-1 A-10) has registered back-to-back shutout wins in conference play and won five of its last six matches heading into Sunday's game at Duquesne. Senior
Noel Blain, current A-10 Offensive Player of the Week, leads the Flyers' offense with 21 points (1st A-10, 5th NCAA) on the strength of eight goals (1st A-10, 11th NCAA) and five assists (3rd A-10, 30th NCAA). Junior goalkeeper
Batoul Reda anchors a defense that has posted six shutouts (1st A-10, 9th NCAA), collecting 28 saves over 990 minutes of play.
SCOUTING DUQUESNE
Duquesne (8-2, 2-1 A-10) had its five-match winning streak broken up by Richmond on Sept. 19 but it has also picked up back-to-back shutout conference wins ahead of Sunday's match. The Dukes have two players with eight goals (1st A-10, 11th NCAA) on the season in Margey Brown and Brianna Moore. Brown also has dished out four assists for a team-best 20 points (3rd A-10, 13th NCAA). In goal for Duquesne, Maddy Neundorfer carries a 0.82 GAA (5th A-10) and has tallied 30 saves in 900 minutes of work

Dayton Leads, 18-3-3
In a series that dates back to 1995, Dayton's first year competing in the Atlantic 10, the Flyers have not been beaten by the Dukes since 2017. The pair last squared off on March 27, 2021 in Dayton as UD collected a 2-0 win.
LAST TIME OUT
Dayton has scored seven unanswered goals since falling 1-0 at Loyola Chicago on Sept. 19, including a 3-0 win Thursday at George Mason. Three different Flyers scored in the game, including freshman
Liv Grenda (6) who scored the game winner in the 22'. Dayton fired off 19 shots to George Mason's six and the Flyers took eight corner kicks to the Patriots' two.
