DAYTON- The University of Dayton women's tennis team is going for its fourth consecutive win this weekend as the Flyers travel to Louisville, Ky., to take on Louisville this Friday at 4:00 p.m. at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.
The Flyers have won their last three matches, with their most recent win being a 4-3 victory over Eastern Michigan. In that match,
Natalie Osiecki,
Neena Katauskas,
Laura Greb, and
Haley Klein got singles victories.
Katauskas is coming off her first Atlantic Player of the Week nod of the season after a perfect 3-0 week of play. The Chamblee, Ga. native, playing at No. 2 singles, won against Northern Kentucky, 6-4, 6-1, and then pulled out a victory over Oakland by a 6-2, 7-6 (2) final. The senior wrapped the week with a 6-1, 6-4 over EMU.
Louisville is looking for its third win on the campaign and second consecutive victory after defeating Chattanooga 5-2. The Cardinals' other win came against UNC Greensboro, and their lone loss on the season was to Middle Tennessee State.
