ATLANTA - The University of Dayton softball team dropped its doubleheader at Georgia Tech Sunday in the team's final two games of the I-75 Challenge. Dayton was originally scheduled to play a total of five games this weekend but Saturday's games against Memphis (hosted by Kennesaw State) was cancelled due to electrical issues at Kennesaw State's stadium.
Dayton moves to 5-4 on the season while Georgia Tech is now 10-6.

Georgia Tech 4, Dayton 3

GAME TWO
Georgia Tech 15, Dayton 0 (5 inn.)

UP NEXT
Dayton is set to take part in Eastern Kentucky's annual Colonel Classic Feb. 28-March 2. UD will play two games apiece against Akron and UIC and a single game against host EKU. All games will be played at Gertrude Hood Field in Richmond, Ky.
