Nashville, Tenn- The University of Dayton women's tennis team secured a thrilling 4-3 road victory over Tennessee State.
Despite dropping the doubles point, the Flyers showed resilience and battled back to claim the win in singles play. Senior
Neena Katauskas dominated at No. 2, earning a decisive 6-3, 6-1 victory. Fellow senior
Laura Greb secured a win at No. 3 after her opponent retired, leading 6-1, 2-0. At No. 5, junior
Montserrat Sierra cruised to a straight-set victory, 6-3, 6-3.
The match came down to freshman
Haley Klein, who delivered under pressure with a clutch three-set win to clinch the victory for UD.
